What does the assessment include, and when is it refunded?
The assessment is a one-time review of vendor and other business payments, which of those payments can go on a card, the fee versus the rewards, an annual points forecast, and an owner travel plan. The fee is refunded if that forecast is worth less than 3 times the fee. Points in the forecast are counted at 1.5 cents per point. A $500 fee is refunded unless that value is at least $1,500, which is 100,000 points. A $1,500 fee is refunded unless that value is at least $4,500, which is 300,000 points. A $3,500 fee is refunded unless that value is at least $10,500, which is 700,000 points. This 1.5 cent rate is the refund rule. It is not the valuation used on the rest of the site.
When is the assessment fee credited toward setup?
Setup puts the card plan and the payment rails in place and starts the tracker for balances, deadlines, and transfers. If you buy setup within 60 days of the assessment, the assessment fee comes off the setup price. On the $100,000 to $500,000 band, setup is $1,000, so the invoice after the credit is $500. On the $500,000 to $5 million band, setup is $3,000, so the invoice after the credit is $1,500. On the $5 million to $50 million band, setup is $7,500, so the invoice after the credit is $4,000.
Who can buy the quarterly retainer?
Quarterly optimization and redemption concierge revisits spend that changed, bonus deadlines, and redemption plans. It is not offered on the $100,000 to $500,000 band. On the $500,000 to $5 million band it is $500 a month. Requires $1 million or more in annual card spend. On the $5 million to $50 million band it is $2,000 a month.
What does the team policy add-on cost?
Team Travel and Card Policy is a written policy for how the team uses cards and books travel. It is not offered on the $100,000 to $500,000 band. It is $2,000 on the $500,000 to $5 million band and $4,000 on the $5 million to $50 million band.
What award booking is included?
Every business consult includes award booking for one trip per year, booked at least 45 days out, for up to 4 travelers. Taxes and carrier fees on the ticket are still due. Additional business award bookings are $250 per passenger. Those additional bookings are included in the $5 million to $50 million retainer.
